WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES WITHIN THE UK?

  • We offer free postage and packaging on all UK orders which are over £100. Postage and packaging on orders under £100 will cost £3.95.
  • We use Royal Mail 48 hour service, however please do allow 3-5 working days.
  • We have introduced DHL delivery as a shipping option for those who wish to receive their orders more swiftly. You can select DHL delivery at checkout, the cost is £9.50 for orders under £100, and £5 for orders over £100. 

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do!

Standard International shipping costs:
Europe: £15.
Rest of the World: £20 (see exceptions below):
Egypt, UAE, Turkey, Israel, Qatar, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia and India - Royal Mail does not provide a reliable service for these countries, so we offer DHL shipping to these countries. The cost for DHL shipping is £38.

Shipping is via Royalmail. Typically these deliveries take 7-14 business days.

DHL International Shipping Costs:
If you require your order to be delivered more quickly, you can select DHL delivery at checkout. DHL will deliver your order in 3-5 business days. Charges for DHL delivery are given below:

Europe: £25.

US and Canada: £29.

Rest of the World: £38.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.

 

TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTY

Please note that if you are ordering from the EU or anywhere in the world outside of the U.K. it may be possible that you will be liable to pay local sales taxes and/or import duties, please do check local government information before placing an order.  Little Cotton Clothes does not accept any liability for any of these costs incurred.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you aren’t happy with your order for any reason we offer a no fuss return and exchange policy.

You can return part or all of your order within 30 days of your delivery date. The return postage is at your expense and please send tracked to guarantee a refund or exchange.

Please ensure all products are returned to us unused in their original packaging and with the original paperwork. In the unlikely event that the product you have received is faulty then please send proof of the cost of postage with your return. We will review your return, once received, and refund your cost of postage if we find a genuine fault.
